How do I make a bank transfer?

Log in to your wallet account from the mobile app. You can start the process using the ‘Bank transfer’ menu item on the web interface.

Enter the transfer data and the recipient's name and bank account number in 24-digit (8x3) format (GIRO number)
Enter the amount you want to pay.
Please check the information you entered before approving, especially the bank account number.
The bank transfer amount will be deducted from your balance immediately.
If the disbursement fails for any reason, the amount will be credited to your balance.

If you want to make a bank transfer via the mobile application, after logging in, click on the ‘Send’ button under the card, select the ‘Bank Account’ option and finally enter the required details. Press the ‘Send Money’ button to finalize the transfer.
